We have several annual neighborhood events each year that we hope you will join! The Civic Association organizes and plans each event with money raised through annual Dues. If you enjoy the events please make a donation so that we can continue them each year. If you are a business owner interested in sponsoring an event please contact the Social Committee.

Easter Egg Hunt

Our annual Egg Hunt and Mimosa Bar. We have different age groups in different lawns so that everyone in the family can participate!

Summer Kickoff

Join your neighbors and celebrate the beginning of Summer with live music, dancing, a food truck, and keg from our neighbor/sponsor Triple C Brewing!

July 4th Parade and Party

Gather with your neighbors at the decorating party and make bikes/scooters/yourself Red, White & Blue! Led by our friendly firefighters from Station 16 we parade around the neighborhood, followed by Kona Ice!

Back to School Bash

Join your neighbors and say goodbye to Summer with live music, dancing, and a food truck!

Halloween Parade and Party

Our biggest event of the year! We start with an afternoon costume parade, followed by games, costume contests, food & drinks! Pumpkin Carving contest winners also announced!

Meet Santa while donating to our Toy Drive at our Holiday event!
